Philips Respironics DreamWear
Philips Respironics DreamWear Designed to help patients feel like they are not wearing a mask, Philips Respironics DreamWear directs airflow through the sides of the mask frame so patients can sleep comfortably in any position with more freedom to move in bed. With DreamWear, patients have a clear and natural line of sight, while the minimal contact, under-the-nose cushion prevents red marks, discomfort, or irritation in the nostrils and on the bridge of the nose . (Mask does not directly contact the bridge of the nose or nostrils.) Users rate DreamWear more comfortable, more stable, easier to use and more appealing than their prescribed mask, according to a 2015 user preference questionnaire (data on file), the manufacturer states.

“After putting DreamWear on the first time, I just loved it,” says John Havholm, a patient with OSA, in a release. “There was a lot more freedom of movement with it. Just the fact that I could turn to my back or onto my side without having to adjust the strap and it stayed in a good position all night long. It is one of the best masks I’ve ever used.”
