The WatchPAT ONE, a disposable and fully equipped home sleep study eliminates the inconvenience of having to visit a sleep lab for testing.

Getting diagnosed is as simple as:

1. Meet with our Sleep Physician to be assessed to ensure this test is right for you
2. Receive your home sleep testing device to use in the comfort of your own home for one night. Your sleep patterns are precisely recorded and securely transmitted via a downloadable smartphone app
3. Your results are sent directly to our sleep physician for interpretation and review where you will receive a copy of your report and a prescription for PAP therapy if recommended

The WatchPAT ONE

• Clinically validated sleep architecture offers precise insights into sleep stages, sleep efficiency, and latency to both sleep onset and REM.
• Reduces the risk of misdiagnosis by calculating the apnea-hypopnea index and respiratory disturbance index based on actual sleep time.
• Monitors seven parameters: PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tone) signal, heart rate, oximetry, actigraphy, body position, snoring, and chest motion using just three points of contact.
• Completely disposable, eliminating the risk of infection and the need for device cleaning or return

Designed for Individuals who:
• Experience possible symptoms of sleep apnea.
• Are concerned about sleeping outside of the home or while using bulky equipment.
• Are undergoing diagnosis for sleep apnea but face long wait times for polysomnography sleep studies.

Traditional Sleep Study

A lengthy process that may require several appointments and multiple sleep studies over the span of months to reach a diagnosis. Comfort becomes a secondary concern as you sleep in unfamiliar environments while wearing cumbersome equipment.

Home Sleep Study

Your home sleep test is a one-time use, allowing you to complete it in the comfort of your own home on a day that best suits your schedule.

What's Included in my report?

• Snoring Statistics
• Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI)
• Pulse Rate Statistics
• Sleep Stages Charts
• Sleep Summary
• Oxygen Saturation Statistics
• A prescription for PAP therapy if diagnosed with sleep apnea

***Important Notice for Ontario Residents***

If you've been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea, you may be eligible for a $415 rebate toward an approved CPAP device through Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program (ADP). To qualify for this funding, you must undergo an in-person Level 1 overnight sleep study at an accredited sleep laboratory. While the WatchPAT ONE Home Sleep Test can provide a valid Sleep Apnea diagnosis, it does not meet the criteria for ADP funding in Ontario.

Better sleep equals better life

Poor sleep negatively affects health, brain function and overall quality of life. Assistive sleeping devices help to provide a positive outlook and allow the body to naturally heal during sleep.
If you are suffering with poor sleep or your CPAP therapy is inadequate, we are here to help.
